Where is your factory located? How can we visit your factory?
Our factory is located in Hangzhou city,Zhejiang province.
Way 1: You can fly to Xiaoshan airport and our people can go to airport to take you to our factory which will take about 1hour from airport to our factory.
Way 2: You can fly to Shanghai Pudong International Airport and take the coach from Shanghai to Hangzhou city which will take about 3hours.
How many workers do you have in your factory?
About 356 workers in our own factory,however,if you have huge order but with tight delivery,machines and workers could be increased in short time.Friends' factory could also be joined to produce together for catching the delivery if necessary.
What's your main items?Do you provided OEM service?
As you can see from our site,we mainly produce t printing t-shirts, polo-shirts, hoodies and baseball caps,and other knitted items.
We have been doing OEM orders for about 10years already and almost 75% orders are customized with clients' fabric,design,size,label,tag,packing etc...
What's your sample policy?
Stock sample in our showroom could be free,but sample courier cost will be on your account.
Customized sample in right fabric will be charged and usually about 3-12 working days,but all the cost will be refunded after order.
What's your MOQ and normal lead time?
Our MOQ usually is 500pcs per color and per design and normal lead time is about 7-25working days.

What's your payment terms and nearest shipping port?
Usually 30% TT deposit and balance to be paid before delivery,however,other payment terms could also be negotiated.
Xiaoshan airport  is the best one for us.
