Specification
Cold extrusion bar splicing is a new form of mechanical connection, the basic principle is: Insert two un-connected bars into a special connecting sleeve, then use hydraulic tool press sleeve in radial direction, make sleeve occur plastic deformation, thus make sleeve’s inner wall embed the grooves of rebar’s cross rib, finally implement the connection of two bars. Axial force that the rebar bears is mainly through rebar’s rib and the shear force between sleeve after deformation to pass.

Cold extrusion press equipment is made up of rebar extrusion press machine, ultra-high pressure pump, balancer, etc.
1 Cold extrusion press equipment
(1) CRS—32/40 rebar extrusion press machine is key tool of cold extrusion press equipment, it mainly used in extruding Φ18-Φ40mm II grade III grade deformative rebar joint. Remove pressure die, change shear die, it can used as simple shear apparatus, and suitable for shear of various rebars in construction sites.
CRS-rebar extrusion press machine is equipped with YJ-80 Ultra-high pressure pump, compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy operation, is a kind of portable hydraulic machinery, suitable for field operation, working aloft, etc. Diagram 1:

(2) YJ-80 ultra-high pressure pump
Ultra-high pressure pump is power producer of cold extrusion press machine; the output pressure can reach 100MPa. Ultra-high pressure pump use radial piston pump, long life, high efficiency, good self-priming performance, simple structure, easy to use, etc.
