Generally, the cylinder diameter is 325mm~610mm, 559mm cylinder is the majority type. Number of cylinder is usually several to a dozen, and the cylinder working pressure is 20Mpa~25Mpa. Both of ends of the large-cubage seamless steel cylinder are forming through hot spinning necking technology and have machined outside and inside screw threads. The outside screw threads of both ends connect with the setting flanges. The setting flange is fixed on the supporting plates of both ends of framework by bolts. Screw the end plugs into the inside threads of the cylinder mouth. Connect tube fittings with the end plugs. There set burst disks on the fore cabin, forming safety cabin. There set inlet and outlet tubes, blowdown tubes, thermometer, pressure gauge, quick-connect joint and burst disks fitting on back cabin, forming operation cabin.
Chassis is the main part of semi trailer. It is not only the transport but also the main load-carrying component. It uses the skeleton structure, the frame is high strength through beam of 16Mn and goose-strengthened design. It can be modified according to the special structure of the loading cylinder. Walking structure is installed ABS anti lock braking system to improve security.
Both of the cylinder ends are fixed by supporting plate. The front support plate and semi trailer chassis is connected by bolts, so as to realize the temperature changes of thermal expansion and contraction. The back support plate and the chassis is fixed by welding. Rear of semi-trailer set operation bin which is designed into rigid structure, and be fixed with chassis through welding.
