A: Our raw materials are all genuine sheep skins directly imported from Australia.

    Formal Orders: Usually 25 days after confirmation.
    Urgent Orders: Please inform us as early as possible before the products are ready.

Q: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes, samples of our products are available , but you should pay for them.

Q: If I am not satisfied with your goods that I have received, what should I do?
A: If you have found something wrong with our products, please take pictures of them
    at first and send the pictures to us so that we can confirm what the matter is. If it is on our

    duty, we will withdraw the products and send you new ones for displacement. The related

    costs will be on us.
