1. With an auto welding machine for the reactor, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency but also guarantee the quality of welding seam, thus avoid explosion caused by gas leak.

2. Professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber are especially for welding.

3. Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.

4. It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas (C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

Q: How to solve the environmental problem when operating the reactor?

As you know, the environmental problem includes waste waster, waste gas.

A:1.We have the closed discharging system and it is compete closed no fly ash and no pollution.

2.The water seal is also a gas purifier, when waste gas go through the water seal, some Non-condensable gas will be cooled down and the combustible gas will be recycled in to heating system as fuel.

3.The emission control system can deal with  waste flue gas with no pollution to environment.

Q: How to assure the reactor safety?

A. Our reactor is made by Q345R boiler steel and welding by automatic welder machine. Welding technology and latest X-ray testing and flaw detection to protect gas leaking.

Q: What’s the difference between continuous type and batch type?

For our continuous type: The pyrolysis plant is configured with tire shredder system, auto feeding system, auto carbon& steel discharging system. Raw materials can be feed and discharge carbon & steel automatically and sealed, under 380 degree temperature. (While the batch type you should feeding by workers and discharging after it’s cooling down.)

Q. What is the total operational space, including maintenance clearances required per each system?

Generally the size of 1000~2000 square meters for the factory is enough. If it is convenient, you could send us the layout of your factory, we could design the layout of the whole production line for you.—Comment from our engineer.
