Q3.What is your payment terms?
A3: For sample: for free or will be deduct for mass product;
       For production: T/T, L/C, or negotiable terms. 

Q4.What would the delivery time be?
A4: Regularly 30 days after sample confirmed, ahead to 15-20 days if urgent.


Q5.In an unlikely event that there is a faulty earphone from my order, what should I do?
