Detailed product introduction:

1. This is machine working plate, all function devices located on this plate, such as, mark location, filling head, heating device, sealing parts, tail cutting and output. It has 8 stations, the speed is about 25-30 tubes/min.

2. This is tubes container, you can put your empty tubes into this container, it will arrange tubes and feeding tubes into tube holder.

3. This is press tube device, tube will be updown into tube holder by tube feeding device, it will press tube into tube holder tightly.

4. It is mark location, we use SICK brand, make sure high accuracy, so the sealing effect is perfect.

5. This is filling device, made of SS 304, it will be customized as SS 316 if you need. Our characteristic is anti-leak. It has a insert in the filling head, it can split, easy to clean. It has a plug, it will suck the filling head after filling, so this is no paste leak out. Also, it will flush air from the plug, and blow the tail.

6. This is heating device. We us LEISTER brand, heating time is about 1 minute can reach up the setting temperature. The heating head and water-cooled ring also in it, make sure no damage for tubes, make sure good sealing.

7. This is sealing device. It will sealing tube after heating, also do date printing at same time. It can printing 0-9 numbers or A-Z characters, just as your requirements.

8. It is cutting device. It will cut the extra tube tail. Use cylinder control, shape knife, make sure tail flat and nice.

This is output device. Your product will be output one by one from this device.
