6. What should be provided when placing an order?

Your idea about the material, size, thickness, printing art work, design work in AI, PSD, PDF, or we can offer the design according to your idea.

7. Can you send free samples?

Yes, free samples are available. You just need to pay the express fee. 

Just provide your account like DHL, FedEx or you can call your courier to pick up the sample from our office.

8. What’s the lead time for mass production?

It depends on the order quantity. Usually it’s 25-30 days.

9. What are your delivery terms?

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc

10. How can I get the accurate price?

There are some basic specification we need to know for price calculating, including the size, the product shape (photos or drawing), the material, color printing, surface finishing, estimated order quantity, and then the best price will be sent to you on time.
