If there is any quality problem from banner itself, we will reprint the flag for you without any charge from you. 

If the problem is out of delivery or other circumstances, we will help you to solve the problem, and we may share some cost or re-print for you. 

3) What is your lead time?

1000sqm--15days, 5000sqm-20days etc.
