The feature of wind-operated flag pole:

1.This type of flag pole is usually standing indoors,and the wind blower equipment can make the flag flutter natually and beautifully.

2.The electric-operated system have 3 controlling methods: remote control, computer equipment, manual handle.

The manual handle is just for the no power situation. If your place have no power when you have to hoist a flag ,then you can use a manual handle to start the flag pole inter device and raise the flag.
