Q1, Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer, we own our factory and design team.

Q2, Can i add sleeves or suggest any other changes to the clothing?

Yes you can suggest changes for your bespoke clothing, simply email us with the changes you would like before we making samples, and our designer will review and inform you of their expert recommendations, we will also inform you if the changes are cost effective or if the price will alter, if the price remains the same, then we will do it as per your demand, if the price alters however, then we'll send an invoice directly to your email and let you confirm it.

Q3, How long does it take to ship an order?

Pls note that turnaround time varies from clothing to clothing as well as season. Here are the estimately date below:

1. 1000pcs can be delivered within 7~10 days

2. it can be negotiated if you need more than 1000pcs

Q4, Can I ammend my order after it is placed?

1. Yes for samples, if the samples are ready, we are willing to make second samples to you.

2. No for mass production, if the sizes are confirmed before mass production, and we already start production.

Q5, Do you do wholesale? if so, how can i get a bulk wholesale quotation?

Simply email us the model number along with the required quantity and sizes, we will provide you the wholesale quotation

Q6, Can i get discount?

We could give you 3%~5% discounts if you order more than 300pcs per style and per color. it can be mixed sizes.

Q7. What can i do if i don't like your samples?

We are willing to make second samples to you if the samples we made are not okay, you will only need to bear the shipping cost from us to your end.
