- In order to maintain quality standards in our products from initial stage of raw material
selection to final end product we follow all necessary testing procedures like Chemical
analysis. Torque, Hardness Test and we also use Universal Testing Machine and 3D Imaging
to ensure product quality.
- In-house container stuffing facility with loading capacity of 4 container per day to ensure
appropriate packing to prevent damage during transit.

environment management system to ensure product quality

two Electrical heat Treatment plant, and forJumbo & Wheel wrench we have two gas
carborizing furnaces.
- Automatic polish machines from Taiwan to ensure high quality & even finish of the products
Smart Tool Room facilities for development equipped with vertical machining centers, Wire Cut for press tools, EDM & associated machinery and Pantograph machine along with in-house designing software and well qualified engineers.
- Our quality packing comprise of a automatic laser marking machine for brand, wrapping
machines for strength of carton and protection from moisture
- Eastman take Corporate Social Responsibility very seriously, and we are the only company
in Hand tools industry in Punjab state which has the state of the art facility of Effluent
Treatment Plant and Reverse Osmosis Plant having capacity of 50 KL per day to ensure
zero liquid discharge of harmful chemicals along with a Green Area of more than 21000
Square yard
- For achieving 100% customer satisfaction we work on PERT model for efficient execution
through WAR ROOM
- We have focus on market research for New Product adaptation to match for customer
needs. A team of 5 engineers are on the job for this activity
- For Eastman customer is always king hence we pioneered Customer Services Department
(CSD) for 100% customer satisfication & on time delivery
- To ensure on time delivery we have round the clock power back up through 6 DG Generator
sets of 2170 KVA.
- Our quality system management representative ensures actions on customer feedback within
72 hours for better customer services.
- We are planning to install In-House for manufactring fully automatic electro plating with
the capacity of 80K Pcs per day to ensure product quality.
MANUFACTURING FLOW DIAGRAM:
Our Production facilities include 9 forging lines, an Up setter for wheel wrenches and Press
forging machinery from Taiwan for Cold Stamped Spanners. We have automatic vibro machines
to smoothen tools with sparkling finish along with in house plating facilities like: Nickel
Chrome, Satin finish, and Zinc plating. To ensure on time delivery we have round the clock
power back up through 6 DG Generator sets of 2170 KVA.
