Product Introduction
Full automatic book shrink wrap machine can not only be solely used, but used simultaneously with other equipment to form packaging production line. It can automatically array, aggregate and align PET beverage bottle or other similar articles, then package it with shrinking film, finally produce finished products after shrinking by heating, cooling and forming. The packaged product is firmly bound with excellent appearance, which can be opened conveniently.
Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine Features:
1. This shrink wrapping machine is fully automatic L bar shrink wrap machine which is widely used in mass production packaging line with high efficiency.
2. Sealing knife uses the special steel knife with Teflon which is anti-stick coating & anti-high temperature. So the sealing will not have cracking, coking and smoking with zero pollution.
3. The shrink wrapping machine uses digital temperature controller which built-in PID function. Sealing blade temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate which can be set arbitrarily.
4. Adopt PLC programmable controller and WEINVIEW 7-inch man machine interface, simple operation.
5. Manual adjustment film-guide system and feeding conveyor platform make the machine suitable for different width and height items.
6. The sealing blade is also quipped with automatic protection function which effectively prevent from accidental cutting.
