1, Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes, your own designs/sketches/pictures are welcomed. OEM&ODM are both welcome.
2, Can you make samples based on the pictures?
A: Yes, Kangyi Professional Sample Development Team can make samples based on your pictures as well as detailed requirements.
3, Can you make samples as per original samples?
A: Yes, we can make samples exactly the same as original, also offer the best fabric solutions and give suggestions on styles.
4, Can you lower the MOQ?
A: Our MOQ only 500 pcs per style per color,but less quantity is available for our trial order.
5, How soon for a sample?
A: Usually within 7days, but if every detail is confirmed could finish within 3days, the exact time depend on the workmanship.
6, Do I have to pay for sample, how much do I have to pay if yes?
A: Yes, we will make sample ASAP after payment. Sample fee is 3 times FOB Price, also refundable if into mass production.
7, What about the Lead time for production?
A: Usually take 20-25days, that depend on the quantity and workmanship.
