1.Working principle:

2)Driven bearing equipped with a hydraulic device in the behind. The screw feeder device was driving by electromagnetic speed, the p ulley, worm gear rotation, the material was forced to be pressured to the maininlet. Because of electromagnetic governor motor constant torque characteristics,
3)when the pressure rate of the screw feeder equal with the required pressure rate of the main computer, You can maintain a constant feed pressure to make sure the pellet quality stable. If the inlet rate too speed,then the feeding device will electronic overload, otherwise, the rate is too low, then the it can’t be pellet forming.
