1. This machine is designed for the primer sanding behind the paint coating. It can be applied to various planer products, especially the flat carpentry.
2. Machine body adopts weld bend steel board , with the advantage of large weight and steady running. After annealing treatment, it is not easy to change shape.
3. The operation of abrasive belts adopts imported transducer to adjust speed, applying to diverse characteristics of the paint.
4. Feeding speed is controlled by the imported stepless governor, with stepless speed regulating.
5. The lifting system adopts four-column lifting mechanism, no shaking and small errors.
6. Rubber rollers are made of 25SH natural rubber, with high elasticity and can clear away stripes and white edges, with the advantage of high precision and long serving life.
7. Device polishing wheel (optional), frequency controlled and height adjustable, will clear away stripes more easily.  
8. Conveying belts adopts imported 5.3mm powerful belts, with the advantage of abrasion resistance and durability.
9. Device conveyor belt automatically corrective institutions the operation automatically adjust the conveyor belt running track, without manual adjustment.
10. The abrasive belt motor adopts frequency control system to regulate the speed governing buttons installed on control panels to change the linear speed of abrasive belts.
11. The lifting of the working table is realized by "↓↑".
12. The abrasive belt of this machine adopts optoelectronic automatic control.
13. Feed apparatus is composed of the PVC conveying belt operating on the working table, stepless speed variator, manually adjusting mechanism, cylinders, sensor control valves. The feed speed can be adjusted by gear change levers on the stepless speed variators.    
14. Safety device: emergency stop buttons equipped on the control panels (self-locking); optoelectronic switches equipped on both left and right sides of sand frames.
15. Fault indicator lamps are installed on control panels. For example, when the air pressure is insufficient, it will show on the abrasive belts.    
16. The unique dust sucking plant will make the dust cleaning more effectively.  
17. Voltage: 380V, 50Hz.
18. 0.5MPA air source ( required to configurate by customers themselves).
