1.Seamless Welding Machine of plastic doors and windows, for color profiles 0.2mm and white profile 2mm

2.Automatic switching for 0.2mm seamless welding and 2mm welding of White PVC and Colored PVC, without adjustment by the board.

3.The machine uses PC control, pneumatic drive,

deputy campaign using the CM non-oil lubricated bearings and linear motion ball bearings, high precision.

4.After completion of welding,cleaning is complete at the same time, and can strictly control the welding gap size, so surface of colored PVC is very beautiful, upscale, weld strength is higher than the original profile.

5.Four heads can work independently,also can be random combination of linkage,for welding

  different shapes.
