FHW480 four head seamless welding machine is suitable for special shaped window welding like arch windows. It can weld and clean the corner at one time and is specially used for welding the colored window and door profiles. 

Main Features

Strict control of weld gap size, smooth and beautiful weld surface.



The cutting tools of the machine are made of alloy raw materials, which are quenched and processed precisely. The cutting tools are standardized, and the tool change is supported.



The machine body is made by high rigid-frame, which has strong bearing capacity and is not easy deformed.



This machine is equipped with automatic blowing device, which can automatically blow off the weld bead.



The machine head is moved by pneumatic brake, which is easy to operate, stable and efficient.



The gauge plate on a square track with high positioning accuracy and long-term stability.



Linear sliding track is used for heating plate to ensure the accuracy and stability of moving up and down of welding plate.



The machine head can welding at any angle, It's a big advantage for welding special-shaped doors and windows such as arch.



The machine is equipped with touch screen, which can adjust the parameters of PLC according to different profiles.
