Brief description

This machine (model:JQK04-120) is used for comer cleaning of PVC/UPVC/Plastic/Vinyl doors and windows. It has the functions of digital control, pneumatic driving and mechanical technology,
with the imported digital control system, it can equip more than 100 processing procedures according to different profiles.  

This model can be installed with 3 cutters, 5 cutters, 6 cutters, price is different.

So CNC corner cleaning machine, we have 3 types as following:

3 cutters CNC croner cleaning machine
Two cutters are cleaning the upper surface (or say top surface), and the other cutter is cleaning the outer corner (or say external corner), this 3 cutters CNC cleaning machine cannot clean the inner corner (or say internal corner), you can use the portable corner cleaning tools to clean the inner corner.  
5 cutters CNC croner cleaning machine
Two cutters are cleaning the upper surface and the lower surface, and the other two cutters are cleaning the upper rubber strip hole and lower rubber strip hole, and the rest one cutter is cleaning the outer corner. This 5 cutters CNC cleaning machine also cannot clean the inner corner, you can use the
portable corner cleaning tools to clean the inner corner.
6 cutters CNC croner cleaning machine
Two cutters are cleaning the upper surface and the lower surface, and the other two cutters are cleaning the upper rubber strip hole and lower rubber strip hole, and the rest two cutters are cleaning the outer corner and inner corner, 6 cutters CNC corner cleaning machine more function than the 3 cutters type and 5 cutters type.
