Brief description
This machine (model:SQJ01-120) is used for cleaning PVC/UPVC/Plastic/Vinyl doors and windows. It can clean the upper surface, lower surface and vertical surface sides of profiles. Through changing shaped cutters, it can clean welding seam of profiles with different sections.
Features
1).It can clean corner seam welding tumor on upper surface (or say top surface), lower surface (or say bottom surface) and vertical surface (or say external corner or outer corner).
2).Special cutter to clean the external corner, special cleaning cutter should be designed for each profile.
Need to change cutter to clean different kinds of profiles, it can complete the cleaning of different profiles’ section through verifying the fashioned milling cutter (or say cleaning cutter or milling saw).
3).It features program control, pneumatic drive, and floating modulated pressure pulling- cutter
devices and is suitable for different levels of profiles.
4).Program control and pneumatic driving systems are equipped to achieve the easy operation, high accuracy and high efficiency, it is necessary equipment for large scale door and window processing production.
