We accept T/T, LC for mass order and Western Union for sample order.
30% deposit T/T in advance, rest paid before delivery. 
100% T/T in advance for sample order.

Q: Delivery date?
5-7 days for sample, 15-20 days for 1000pcs, 30-35 days for 40HQ.

Q: Is sample supplied? Sample lead time?
Sample is available, but the sample cost and freight cost need to be afforded by customer.

Q: How to send sample?
For sample, delivery is by international express. The battery must be taken out, as goods with battery is forbidden for air delivering. However, it is no problem for using scale in customer's side.

All our scales are with 1 year warranty. During the warranty time, if any scales is out of service because of quality problem, we will send you spare parts and teach you how to repair until problem solved.
