Brief introduction: 

Small experimental air flotation machine: by adding medicine and flocculation, the air appears in the water in the form of tiny bubbles and rises slowly from the bottom up. In the process of rising, the bubbles come into contact with the pollutants in the water. And the pollutants are attached to the air bubbles (or bubbles adhere to the pollutants), thus forming air-water complexes with a density less than the water to float to the surface, so that the pollutants are separated from the water.

How it works: 

The pollutants in sewage are divided into soluble organic matter and insoluble substance (that is, SS), soluble organic matter can be transformed into insoluble matter under certain conditions. One of the methods of sewage treatment is to add coagulants and flocculants to transfer most of the dissolved organic matter into insoluble substances, and then remove all or most of the insoluble substances (i.e. SS) to achieve the purpose of purifying sewage. 

The main method to remove SS is to use air flotation. 

The sewage after chemical reaction enters the mixed zone of air flotation and comes into contact with the released dissolved air and water, so that the flocs adhere to the fine air bubbles, and then enter the air floating zone. 

Under the action of air buoyancy, the floc floats to the water surface to form scum. After the clear water in the lower layer flows to the clear water pool through the water collector, part of it is refluxed as dissolved air, and the remaining water flows out through the overflow outlet. 

After the scum on the water surface of the air floating tank accumulates to a certain thickness, it is scraped into the air floating machine sludge pool by the foam scraper and discharged.
