XLS type shaftless screw conveyor

XLS type shaftless screw conveyor is an improvement of LS type, GX type screw conveyor, which are used in building, chemical, electricity power, pharmaceutical, metallurgy and food industries. This new model in reality has overcome the disadvantages of the above mentioned ofl models like: excessive milling, excessive glutinosity, easily agglomerating, easily form stuff jam during enwinding the material and unable to work when the suspension bearing is vroken it is a new type scerew conveyor with intellectual patent based on independent research and innovation, it is capable for continuously and evenly conveying incompact glutinous as well as easily twisted materials with the max temperature of 400 degree and max obliquity of 20 degree.

Characteristics

Compared with traditional shaft screw conweyor, the shaftless screw conveyor has the following features by adopting no central shaft suspendion bearing design, as well as proper flexible integrated steel screw to convey the material

The structure of XLS screw conveyor

The product is formed by drive device, head assembly, shell, shaftless screw, slot lining, material inlet andoutlet, shell cover,base.

1. drive device: hollow axe-bevel gear speed reducer or TY coaxial hardened gear speed reducer. This manual only provides the TY drive device. The drive device should be located at the material outlet end if possible in designing, thus to keep the screw under tensile status during operating.
2. thrust bearing is fixed at the head part to support the force cased by conveying the materials.
3. shell: U-shape shell with rainproof cover on the top, material is stainless steel or carbon steel.
4. shaftless screw: material is stainless steel or manganese steel.
5. mateinial inlet and outlet: quare or round shape, usually decided by the clinent.
6. there are two types of the load and discharge spout, square and circular, which generally are installed by the users in the site.
