Instruction for Installation and Debugging

 

I. Sewage source

Consists of the cooking sewage, sewage produced by the personal life as well as washing clothes, and other domestic sewage.The quantity of the sewage produced on the site for the whole day is aboutcubic, among which, the cooking sewage accounts for 30%, sewage for personal life 40%, sewage from washing clothes for 20% and other domestic sewage for 10%. The buried integral sewage treatment equipment shall select the water quality source of the sewage prior to debugging.

II. Work in the early stage of the debuggin

1. Site selection

2. Basic manufacturing of the foundation

1) The installation of the buried integral sewage treatment equipment shall dig the   m ×   m ×   m × 0.4m hole. Proper slope protection shall be carried out to the situation of the unspecific soil quality before the installation of the buried integral sewage treatment equipment mainly without collapse. The foundation pit of the sewage treatment device shall be manufactured in   m ×   m ×   m × 0.4m foundation (more details can be seen in the drawing). 12 blocks of steel embedded parts with 10mm thickness shall be buried in the steel concrete structure in advance (more details can be seen in the drawing).

2) The natural maintenance of the foundation pit concrete of the buried integral sewage treatment equipment lasts 14-21 days.

3) The buried integral sewage treatment equipment is hoisted and transported to the appointed place.

III. Installation explanation of the buried integral sewage treatment equipment

1. The installation of the equipment must be executed according to the related installation regulation of the buried integral sewage treatment equipment and the civil project of the equipment shall be constructed by the professional construction team. The equipment can be installed in two ways, the first one of which is above the floor while the second installation is below the floor. The project selects the second one while the rest equipment is above the floor.

2. Civil construction will involve in acceptance before installation. The size and specification of the floor of the equipment concrete shall be the same with the planar graph and installation drawing. It is required that the foundation with more than 20T/m2 basic average pressure bearing must be horizontal. When the equipment is under floor, the relative elevation of the basic floor is required to be in the same height with equipment. The dig width of the surroundings must be far away from the 500mm basic sideline for the convenience of pipeline installation.

3. Emplacement is conducted according to the installation drawing and the crane is used to hoist the box position of the equipment.

4. The dosing device, disinfection device and all the pipelines connected shall be installed according to the requirements of the process at the same time.

5. Connects the control line of the electrical cabinet, lines between the equipment, connections between the electrical cabinet and power. It shall be noticed that the rotation direction of fan and motor must be the same with the direction that the fan points to.

IV. Hoisting emplacement of the buried integral sewage treatment equipment

1. After the buried integral sewage treatment equipment is transported to the debugging site, the proper tonnage crane is adopted to place the sewage treatment equipment to the appointed site for debugging. The direction for placing the equipment shall not be wrong and the distance between them must be correct for the convenience of the execution of the following work.

2. Installation of the external pipeline, circuit and bridge frame of the sewage treatment equipment

3. The installation of the external pipeline, circuit connection and the installation of the bridge frame will be carried out after the equipment is placed.

4. The connection port of different external pipelines shall be free from oil pollution, and polished by the sand paper, moreover, glue shall be coated. Pipeline connection is carried out after the glue layer becomes dry and it is required that no leakage is allowed in the connection pipeline.

5. The electric cabinet is placed beside the main equipment and the external circuit connects the control wire of the electric control cabinet, wire of the sewage equipment, electrical control cabinet and power. The rotation direction of the fan and motor between the sewage equipment shall be noticed in course of the connection between the power line and the sewage equipment.

6. When the equipment carried out routing, the bridge frame shall be installed between the equipment and finish fixing for the preparation of the alignment connection of the power line.

7. Connection of the internal circuit and pipeline

8. The connection of the internal circuit and pipeline must be carried out by strictly abiding by the internal circuit and pipeline routing drawing offered by the manufacturer (more details can be seen in the arrangement plan of the internal circuit and pipeline).

V. Inspection prior to the equipment linkage debugging

1. The idling point will attempt the rotation and operation situation of the fan and motor between the equipment as well as the operation reliability of the components of the electric control cabinet.

2. The filling situation of the lubrication engine oil of the fan between the equipment shall be inspected.

3. The connection and fixing situation of internal and external pipeline shall be inspected.

4. The connection situation of the internal and external circuit shall be inspected.

5. When the sewage is injected to the buried integral sewage treatment equipment, inspect whether there is leakage situation in the connection place of various pipelines.

6. Start the fan and inspect the operation situation of all the equipment of the domestic sewage device and whether there are abnormal vibration and noises etc.

VI. Operation procedure of the buried integral sewage treatment equipment

(i) The operation procedure of the normal sewage treatment device starting the fan of the aeration tank → starting the lift pump of the adjustment tank → starting the reflux pump → opening the aeration pool outlet valve → starting the ultraviolet disinfection.

(ii) Specific operation procedure during the process of actual debugging

1. The sewage shall be full and contacts the biochemical pond.

2. Starting the fan and carrying out aeration and oxygen charging to the sewage within the tank for successive 6-8 hours. 1/3 clear liquid will be discharged after stopping for 3-5 hours.

3. Refill some water and aeration and oxygen shall be continued for 6-8 hours and stop for 3-5 hours.

4. With the repetitive operation, the influent time each day will be relatively prolonged. After 7-15 days, obvious flake flock or upper clearly apparent phenomenon may produce, which represents that the basic cultivation of the bio-fungus is successful.

5. The filler situation within the biological tank can be observed and contacted at the same time. If there is orange yellow or orange black member growing on the filler, the excellent boifilm can be cultivated. At this time, the water is clear, sensory is excellent and the domestication of the microorganism has basically finished. The equipment is able to transfer to the normal operation.

6. The domestication of the microorganism entails a very long time. If there is the existing activated sludge, it shall be used as much as possible, in this way, the formation of the biofilm will be accelerated.

7. Points for attention

(1) Before the inoculation sludge is put into the reactor, the sand network smaller than 0.5mm shall be used for filtering so as to remove the particles with larger size and prevent the biofilm blocking the channel. Auto-adding shall be carried out together with aeration.

(2) It shall be noticed that certain sewage shall be filled in the reaction tank before adding the sludge and the volume shall guarantee the rest room is able to accommodate the inoculation sludge.

(3)The load shall start from small to big in course of the domestication. The sewage quantity shall be increased gradually after the operation stabilizes, which will enhance the organic load of the sludge to the full-load operation.

(4) The floaters on the water surface of the aeration tank shall be cleared on a regular basis, and the operation of the equipment and the treatment effluent shall be observed regularly. Treatment shall be carried out immediately when abnormal situation is found.

8. Monitoring system

(1) Observe the quantity, variety and active situation of the protozoa by means of the microscopic examination and judge the member forming of the microorganism and the treatment effect.

(2)Inspect the content of the dissolved oxygen in water and it shall be no less than 2mg/L.

(3) Observe the color change of the sewage.

VII. Description of the dosing device

  1. The dosing tank shall be cleaned first when using for the first time.

Cleaning procedure: open the tap water valve and add some clear water in the dosing tank, then open the mixer together with the empty sewage outfall to discharge the clean water. Inspect whether it has cleaned clearly. If not, cleaning shall be carried out again according to the method above. Blow down the sewage outfall when finishing cleaning.

2. As for the allocation of the reagent solution, put the dose to the dosing tank and start inject clean water to the water valve. When injecting to a certain amount, the water valve will be closed. The concentration of the reagent shall be controlled between 10%-20%.

3. Start the mixer to make the reagent in the dosing tank dissolve thoroughly.

4. Open the reagent-discharge valve to send the dosing pump.

5. As for the flow adjustment, it shall be adjusted to the set transmission quantity, therefore, the quoted drugs dose with 1%-5% concentration can be transmitted to the administration point.

6. The survivals of the dosing tank are able to be discharged from the sewage outfall.

VIII. Normal operation of the sewage treatment device

1. Until the sewage fills contact tank.

2. Start the fan and open the inlet valve to carry out aeration and adjust the gas quantity (the proportion of gas and water is 12:1). Once it is adjusted, it will not be changed generally.

3. The sewage in the contact oxygen tank flows and enters the sedimentation tank while the sludge in the sedimentation tank flows and enters the adjustment tank. The quantity of reflux will be different according to the various contents of the activated sludge in the aeration tank and determined in consistency with the sedimentation sludge quantity. The additional sludge will be lifted to the sludge tank.

4. Adjust the ultraviolet disinfection device and dosing device to carry out dosing and disinfection according to the water quantity (the operation of the ultraviolet disinfection device can be seen in the operation and application instruction); the dosing quantity of the dosing device shall adjust the meter pump and carry out dosing according to the actual application situation (the more details about the operation of the meter pump can be seen in the instruction).

(i) The treatment of the domestic sewage adopts the fully automatic mode and the fully automatic control process is:

1. As for the linkage of the aeration fan and the lift pump of the domestic sewage (the demander offers the linkage signal); when the sewage breaks flow, the fan is able to conduct intermittent operation automatically, thus, the activity of the biofilm is guaranteed. The time for intermittent operation is 20min for working and 20min for shut-down. There are two fans for application and backup respectively and the switching is carried out for every 12 hours;

2. Linkage control of the cycle water pump and the domestic sewage. There two cycle water pumps for application and backup respectively and the switching is carried for every 8 hours;

3. Linkage control of the meter pump of the dosing device and the secondary lift pump;

4. The sludge discharge valve is started by means of the artificial timing of the sludge tank to discharge valve (the sludge discharge cycle is determined according to the debugging);

5. The control sequence can be adjusted arbitrarily, and owns the alarm function of the automatic protection of the over-current, open-phase, over-voltage, under-voltage and other faults.

IX. Repair, maintenance and points for attention of the buried integral sewage treatment equipment

1. When the equipment is buried under the ground, it shall be noticed and guaranteed that no hydrops are allowed around the equipment in the rainy day. The water discharge port of the equipment must be below the opposite floor -0.60m and the vehicles are not allowed to run through above the equipment. The internal sewage of the equipment will not drained generally so as to prevent the underground water floating the equipment.

2. The equipment management must establish a set of regular maintenance system and the main quick-wear parts are the fan and water pump. The rotation direction of the fan can not be reserved. Cleaning must be executed immediately when the sewage enters and application can be carried out after changing the engine oil. It shall be noticed whether the air value is open when starting the fan.

3. If maintenance or parts are entailed during the operation process of the equipment, more than three personnel must be guaranteed on site. After full ventilation, the maintenance personnel must wear the safety belt and gas mask before entering so as to avoid the occurrence of the oxygen lack and poisoning accident within the tank. The measurement schemes are as follows:

(1) It is necessary to drain the sewage within the water tank

(2) The clear water is adopted to dilute the hydrops at the bottom of the sewage tank

(3) If open fire is utilized when closing the water tank, the personnel are allowed to enter after ventilation treatment

(4) More than three personnel must be guaranteed on the site

(5) Emergency measures shall be made

(6) Inspect the power circuit and it is better to shut down the power

4. Dosing device shall inspect the operation situation of the pump and mixer usually.

5. The reagent shall be used up on the day when it is prepared.

6. Attention shall be paid on the moisture proof of the motor of the pump and mixer; more details about the operation, application and maintenance of the meter pump can be seen in the instruction of the meter pump.

7. Inspect the pipeline without leakage.

8. All the lubrication parts must undergo regular lubrication.

9. Y type filter in the inlet pipe of meter pump shall be inspected when operation for each day (pipe-type filter) and clean the filter network of it.

X.Abnormal situations which may incur during the debugging process and troubleshooting of the sewage treatment system

XII. Measures for safety prevention

1. All the personnel participating in the debugging of the clean water must wear safety cap.

2. Inspect whether the connection of the electricity circuit of the equipment is correct.

3. The maximum load of the buried integral sewage treatment equipment shall be determined to ensure the normal debugging.

4. The insulation gloves and other protection measures of the personnel for the debugging and operation of the buried integral sewage treatment equipment.

5. Professional personnel shall be established for custody during the debugging process of the buried integral sewage treatment equipment.

6. No heap of soil and materials is allowed within 1m rage of the foundation pit and no machines and tools are allowed to place.

7. The construction personnel out the foundation pit are not allowed to throw the sundries arbitrarily. When passing the tools under the foundation, the personnel shall loose their hands when others receive them.

8. The personnel under the foundation pit shall be far away from it and the step-slop place when having a rest to avoid accident.

9. The construction machinery shall obey the command of the commanders and the personnel shall be far away from the construction machinery as much as possible. If necessary, the operator shall be informed first and then the personnel can get access after their approval.
