Description

KIMA-S103 (similar to Acumer 1110) is acrylic homopolymer. Polyacrylic Acid can disperse the particulates by electrostatic force, avoid the precipitation and coarsening. Polyacrylic Acid mainly used as additives in the Calcium carbonate, Papermaking, Alumina ceramic industries, etc. Polyacrylic Acid can sharply decrease the viscosity of the material during pulp grinding processing, keep the stability of the slurry viscosity.

It is excellent dispersantof inorganic particles; Good chemical stability and thermal stability.

Advantages

High dispersibility: Inhibiting precipitation even the concentration of the inorganic particles increasing in the water.

Applications 

1) Industrial circulating water: Scale inhibition in open recirculating cooling circuits (CaCO₃ scale in particular);

2) Good dispersant for particles. 

3) Papermaking: Strong dispersion of ultrafine CACO3 particles.  

Package: Freezing or long term cold storage of Polyacrylic Acid liquid may cause some separation of the components. Although product performance is not impaired as long as the whole container is heated and well mixed, it is recommended to keep Polyacrylic Acid liquid from freezing.

Storage:Normally in 200L plastic drum, IBC(1000L) can be used as required. Storage for one year in room shady and dry place.
