Q1. How do I get back?
The balls have a rope attached, so the instructor can pull you safely ashore.
Q2. How to get into the ball?
The ball has a 120 cm. (4ft) long waterproof zipper that you open and go through to get into the ball.
Q3. How much air is in a water ball?
The ball is six feet in diameter and contains a lot of air. There is as much as 45 minutes of air within the ball (depending on size of rider) but, we recommend that a maximum ride be no longer than 15 minutes.
Q4. How many persons should be in it at once?
The ball is designed to accommodate one person at a time and a maximum of 100 kg. But it canbe allowed for 2 adults in a big size water ball!
Q5. How do you get air in the ball?
An high output air pump pumps the ball full via a hose for quick inflation. It only takes few minutes to pump it up with air.
Q6. What happens if the ball is punctured?
The ball can be easily and quickly repaired with the enclosed repair kit.
Q7. My zipper will not close properly?
If you repeatedly have had trouble closing your zip correctly, you can do the following things:
1. Lubricate your zipper with zipper oil;
2. Always remember to use plenty of silicone spray when using with balls. Sun and water dries out the zipper, so it is important that you regularly spray them;
3. Check the teeth of the zipper for dirt and grime;
4. You can clean the zipper teeth with a toothbrush and warm water.
