High pressure Hydraulic filter cartridge
Hydraulic filter filter element is installed in oil tank,Simplify the system piping and save space,so that the System layoutis more compact.They are design with selfclosing valve.When maintaining system,the oil in tank will not reflux
And when replacing oil filter lement,they are removed together with pollution,oil will not flow out.
Oil filter element is designed with bypass valve.When the pressure difference achieves 0.35MPa,if can't change filter immediately,the by-pass valve in the top of oil filter element will open automaticall(pressure difference are 0.4MPa),to protect the normal operation of system.
They also design with magnetic device.Magnetic device can filter out ferromagnetic particles which more than 1 micron.

- materail: oil filter element is made of wire mesh for filtration. filter media can be woven into wire cloth using stainless steel, brass and other materials
- structure: filter elements are made of several layers of mesh which are sintered together to form an integrated element. the middle mesh is of very fine gauge and the filtration efficiency of the elements. this layer is then overlaid with inner and outer layers of coarser mesh, to give support and protection
