Working Principle
After start the small mobile type kitchen waste dehydrator, the kitchen waste that need dehydration uniformly feeding from material feeding box, material move toward the discharging end in axial direction under the pushing of spiral rotating blade, under the big pressure effect of changed screw pitch, crew and adjustment damper, material complete the mechanical dehydration work. Water content go through the screen and discharge at outlet port, the dehydrated material discharge at the discharging box. To the difference of material type and changing of capacity all can be realized by adjusting the dehydrator, to achieve coordination between dewatering and production.
