Brief Introduction :
Aluminum plastic recycling plant was developed and researched by our company ,it integrates different breaking and crushing technology from home and abroad ,used for separating aluminum and plastic effectively .
It is applicable for all kinds of waste aluminum plastic composite raw material ,such as aluminum composite panel ,aluminum composite pipe ,medical blister ,aluminum foil ,medical plates ,medicine packages ,wahaha caps , etc .
2.Recycling process :
The raw material will be crushed into 3-4cm pieces by pre-crusher ,then will be pulverized into powder by pulverizer . Finally ,the aluminum and plastic can be separated by high voltage electrostatic separator .
To avoid the pollution problem ,it also equipped with Impulse dust collector ,which can effectively solve the pollution problem.
