It can effectively separate and recycle rubber,iron wire and fiber, the main process are as following: tire drawing, tire cutting, primary crush, secondary crush, magnetic separation, vibrate screen, fiber separation. If need rubber powder, we can add pulverizer to further crush rubber granule into smaller mesh.
