1. How to ship bulk cargo?

2. What is the payment mode?

T/T shall apply in typical circumstance, and the payment may be charged according to the requirements of customers in other cases.

The lead time for the order will be within 2 days and 30 days for bulk cargo. Consult our advisory commissioner for more details. Synchronous production information will be offered to you at any time during the period of production.

4. Can you provide samples for free?

Free samples are available to test the quality of the products, and you only need to pay the freight.

5.  If quality problems are found upon receipt of goods: 

If quality problems of products occur, you are required to send us photos or video that illustrates the problem under the condition that the packaging is not damaged. Replacement products will be sent to you in the next delivery. 

6.  What is the minimum order quantity?

7.  Can you provide the wallpaper glue for free?

Sorry, we can’t, but EPRO provides some wallpaper glues with great testing effect for your selection.
