My name is Robert Long: I am The President of NPD-TEchnology Inc., a Design and Development firm, of which many companies come to me for Product Line Extensions. I have been asked to find a potential partner for the Food, Coffee vending industry. In reviewing several offshore manufactures, I had received some information about your company. In review, I would like information on a few models, you manufacture. Model# 2T421, 2T328, SC-71104B, AURORA, Cafe vending machine with 7" LCD and a Model not found on your website DM01 Powder Dispenser. The Volumes will be approximately 300-500/per month depending on the models chosen. I have brought several models from other manufactures to my facility to evaluate. Some are built well but not easily serviced, and very few parts are available for servicing the machine. This is a critical point for our client. Machines must have a good BOM, and we must be able to purchase spare parts in bulk, to maintain service for the machine network we are talking about, and to partner with. All costs will be container pricing, Shipping to the Midwest Distribution site. From there the customer will drop ship to as many as 20,000 facilities in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. This will be a rollout of 300-500 machines per month, as this will be a several-year program, we need to service all machines placed regularly. I will be meeting with the client sometime tomorrow late afternoon and would like rough estimates if at all possible. If this is something of interest, please let me know. This customer must find machines to start shipping 2nd qtr 2021 to their facilities. This would mean ordering no later than February, so you can meet the demand.
