Construction and Features of Hot Blast Valve

1.The valve is applicable to the hot pipelines of the hot air furnace system of the blast furnace, which plays the role of cutting off, meanwhile, it also can be used for the hot air and the smoke piplines of other industrial kiln furnaces.

2.The valve belongs to the improved product, which adopts the whole welded stucture, with light weight; it is with large square outfall, O-shaped valve seat, the new-type fire-resistant lining, the high-efficent water cooling system and the floating compound seal construction.

3.The vale can be used for the hand-force transmission, the hydraulic-chain transmission or the electric-chain or the electric-screw rod transmission.

4.Pressure of cooling water:0.2-0.5Mpa

5.The valve should be installed vertically.
