2. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer. Due to the large volume of furniture, mail transfer cannot be used, and can only be transported through specialized logistics companies. The goods are generally transported to local logistics stations. You can choose to pick up the goods yourself or request delivery to your doorstep, of course, the doorstep service logistics company will charge delivery fees. For buyers who have a long journey, in order to ensure the logistics company's good service attitude, it is recommended to pay the shipping fee only after the goods arrive. (We will confirm the transportation cost to the buyer before shipment, and track the goods in a timely manner after shipment until the logistics company notifies the buyer to pick up the goods)
3. Shipping: Products currently in production usually take 2 days to ship, and are usually arranged after payment is received; Products that are out of stock and ready to order usually require a production cycle of 7 to 20 days for customized products. Within Guangdong Province, it usually takes 1-2 days to arrive, while in other provinces such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, it takes 3-4 days to arrive; 4-7 arrivals in remote areas. The specific delivery time varies depending on the region. We will confirm with the logistics company before shipping and provide tracking services for the buyer during transportation.
4. Inspection and acceptance: When the buyer receives the goods, they should carefully check whether the outer packaging of the goods is damaged, especially the glass furniture. (Sign for it on the spot, we assume that the buyer has no objection to the integrity of the product!) If necessary, the packaging can be opened on the spot to check. Once any damage is found, please call our service phone promptly to seek a solution to the problem as soon as possible. We do not want buyers to only discover the damage caused by the goods during transportation when they place them at home, which would also prevent us from claiming compensation from the logistics company.
