JMC orbit type container gantry crane (hereinafter referred to as the rail crane) in container ports of loading and unloading operation in our country, usually adopts the quayside container crane with rubber-tyred container gantry crane (hereinafter referred to as the tyre crane) loading and unloading plan, with tyre crane as the main loading and unloading machinery of the rear yard. At home, track only applied in some freight yard, the orbit at the working level, electronic control system, management system lags far behind the existing level of port machinery, cannot satisfying the need of modern port container loading and unloading.
