Description:
Oil-immersed transformer’s low-voltage winding generally adopts cylindrical structure of copper foil around the pumping except that small capacity adopts Copper Interconnects. High-voltage winding adopts multilayer cylindrical structure , which makes the ampere-turns evenly placed, small leakage flux, high mechanical strength, strong resistance short-circuit capacity. The iron core and winding adopts fastening measures separately. Low-voltage leads and other fastening parts all have Self-locking locknut. The winding and iron core adopts vacuum drying, the transformer oil adopts Vacuum oil filter and oil filling, which can lower the humidity of the internal transformer.
The oil box adopts corrugated sheet, It has the function to compensate for the respiratory changes caused by temperature changes of oil volume, so it doesn’t have oil conservator which lower the height of the transformer. The oil is separated with outside because the corrugated sheet replaced the oil conservator, which avoid oxygen and water entering and lower the insulation. According to the above performance, the oil-immersed transformer doesn’t need oil change during normal operation which reduces the maintenance cost and prolong the service life of the transformer.
