Hongda has developed a variety of water-transfer-printing membranes (cubic-transfer membranes) with emulated patterns for different three-dimensional curved surface, spherical surface and conical surface with new techniques and new materials. In addition, our Company is also able to manufacture curved-surface cubic-transfer membranes with cubic and emulated patterns designated by the customers.
The cubic-transfer membranes with natural patterns (such as wood grain, peach wood grain, marble grain, emerald grain, leopard grain and stripe) provided by our Company are lustrous and vivid. To be more specific, they are characterized by the followings: (1) Environment-security: 100% degradation; the final products of the degradation are Co2 and H2o, but not any hazardous materials. (2) It will not do any harm to the users when they have direct contact with such membranes (3) With strong intensity, tenacity and shapped layer, they can easily make the product surface fully warped.
