1.Introduction:anti-friction low& flat heat transfer sticker use AA material made in China,economical,made for EVA material, it is easy to make; common elasticity; it can use for environmental material, fresh color.
2.Main specification:
(1)Material:301 AA water-base paste,HMA-200A oil-base polymer glue.
(2)The material is water-base and non-smelling, flat and smooth,nice color , common weather resistance ,add a protect layer,so it is anti-sublimation.
(3)Apply to EVA slipper and anti-friction bags.

(1)Main material:AA made in China,PET release film.
(2)The thickness of ink layer: 100um-120um,including the film:150um-200um,4 color offset printing ink + water-base paste;
(3)Peeling method and effect:hot peeling ,cold peeling,hot and cold peeling;flat light, matting ,shiny light.
(4)Heat transfer requirement:temperature 130-150 degrees,time 6-12s/time,pressure:above above 0.24kgf/cm^2.
(5)Wash requirement: home launder - ometer tested, 40degrees, within 10 times,30 min/time.reach the international anti-friction more than 100times.
(6)Size:39*54cm,48*64cm,or single package.
(7)Applied fabric: EVA slipper and edge grinding bags.
(8)Not provide any environmental certifications.
4.store/expiry date/package:
(1)Placed in cold dry place,ban crashing with sharp things.if you can't use up while open it,seal it otherwise it will go bad in rainy day or high temperature.
(2)Standard package:100peices/bag;500peices/case;or divided into single and package each one.(it is depended on customer)
(3)The expiry date is within 12 months.

(2)Seal the rest stickers,you should dry the products,don't let them in rainy day.
