Requirements for the Material & Factory Space :
Bamboo should be fresh bamboo or wet bamboo that has been grown for more than three years. The completely dry bamboo will speed up the wear of the blade and is not good for the machine. The size of the bamboo: between 5 to 17 cm in diameter.
Any wood.It is advisable to use woodworking band saw or woodworking circular saw to process the dry billet 140, 105, 70 or 35cm in length, 6 cm in width and 3.5 cm in thickness, and then put the billet into slicer.
The toothpick machine needs to use more than 400 square meters of factory buildings.

How do packing the toothpick after produce it ?
Type 1:
Single toothpick or Both toothpick packing.

Type 2:
Bottle Packing.
Difference of the 2 types bottle toothpick machines:
Type 1 is the Automatic machine. Just put the bottle under the exit,when one bottle fully,replace another one bottle. One by one is ok.
Type 2 is Semi-automatic machine.It needs to be weighed,workers need to operate by themselves.
Type 3:
Bag toothpick.
