3. Material of Main Equipment
Roller Material | High grade No.45 forged steel, coated with hard chrome. |

Electric Elements | PLC control panel, transducer imported from Mitsubishi of Japan. Other elements are from famous suppliers of China. |
Cutter blades | Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment. |
4. Working flow
Uncoiling the sheet --- Infeed guiding --- Embossing -- Roll forming --- Measure length --- Cutting the panel --- Panels to the supporter (option: automatic stacker).
