it means if you need to test valve of dn80 mm for pressure 10.0 MPa(600lbs), oil pressure should be pressurized to 11.0 MPa to reliablely and tightly clamp the test valve.


Technical performance and feature
1. Y FT series hydraulic valve test machine is suitable for the shell test, seal test and back seal test of flange end valves.
2. It adopts the sealing method of flange blind plates and uses claws to hold the flange end,so there is no external force on the tested valves, which is in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 1392-92JB/T 909-99 and API 598.
3. The right workbench can be turned over 90 degrees,for the convenience of carrying valve and observation of seal test.
4. Test medium can be chosen by user. It can be water, air or kerosene.
5. The test machine has low pressure water pump and water booster.There is an air connection reserved for air pump.
6. Water and hydraulic oil can be cycle used.
7. The test machine has an automatic oil pressure discharge system.When using it,the high pressure condition and the relief pressure condition can be changed automatically. So it can reduce oil temperature, elongate the life of valve test bench.
8. PLC control touchscreen display pressure diagram and printer system is optional.
9.Safety door is optional.

YFT - Valve Testing Machine Technical Proposal
YFT- model valve test machine is a type of highly automated valve test equipment with Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic integration, which is composed of hydraulic workbench and operation console. Touch screen and PLC automatic control system are optional.

Hydraulic is used as driving force to drive cylinder to clamp, right workbench to turn over, left workbench to move horizontally and torque wrench to rotate. High pressure pump is generated by oil driving high pressure pump. The low pressure part of test medium(water) is generated by low pressure water pump, while the high pressure part is generated by oil driving high pump.The control of the entire system is performed by conventional, or touch screen and PLC automatic control system and electric control system.

The left and right workbenches are equipped with 3 claws which can synchronously move radially, clamp and loosen axially.The right workbench can be turned over for 90 degree, which is easy for the inspection and observation when valve seal test is performed.The left workbench can move left and right, which is suitable for the test of different valve length.
