Testing standard

It's according to ECE R22.05, GB 811 etc testing standard

 

Purpose

It's used for helmet and helmet goggles resistance penetration performance testing

Testing Method

1. Prepare a sample helmet 

2. fixed the headform on the machine's base, then wearing the helmet on the heaform 

3. Confirm the helmet wearing well, then open the power , rise the striker to the 3m (the height can free adjustable by the customer ), then click the release , the stirker will from the 3m height drop down 

4. Finished the testing after, we will checking the helmet if have the break and according to the relative testing standard determine result to judge the helmet pass and failure

1. The lab height: 5.0m 

2. Lab temperature and humieity :23°C, 60% ~70% humidity 

3. Electricity: 220V 50Hz

4.Power: 500W
