Application:
TP-508 Petroleum Products Ash Content Tester conforms to the ASTM D482 Standard Test Method for Ash from Petroleum Products,it is used for determination of ash in the range 0.001–0.180 mass %, from distillate and residual fuels, gas turbine fuels, crude oils, lubricating oils, waxes, and other petroleum products, in which any ash-forming materials present are normally considered to be undesirable impurities or contaminants. The apparatus is limited to petroleum products which are free from added ash-forming additives, including certain phosphorus compounds.
Features:
1. The instrument consists of two parts, digital box-type resistance furnace and electric hot plates, equipment, small size, small footprint.
2. Box-type resistance furnace with the overall structure, digital temperature controller, special refractories and heater parts, heating
time is short, the temperature overshoot is small, stable and accurate temperature control, long work life, beautiful machine design.
3. The top flat heating plate made of cast iron, steels in tank shell are welded by stamping, small and durable.
