Purpose:
This machine is used to measure the concave hardness of porous elastic materials. It can be used to measure polyurethane sponge foam samples for testing specified in national standards, and accurately measure the indentation hardness of sponges, foams and other materials. It can also be used to measure the specified indentation hardness of the produced seat foam (such as backrest, seat cushion foam, etc.), and accurately measure the indentation hardness of each foam part of the seat.
Principle:
In the sponge foam compression stress test, the sample is placed between the upper and lower platens, and the upper platen compresses a certain size of the sample downward at a specified speed to the concavity required by the A method (B method, C method) required by the national standard At the time, the load cell on it will feedback the sensed pressure to the controller for processing and display, so as to measure the indentation hardness of sponge, foam and other materials.
Functional characteristics
1. Automatic reset: After the computer receives the test start instruction, the system automatically resets.
2. Automatic return: After the sample is broken, it will automatically return to the initial position.
3. Automatic gear shifting: according to the size of the load, different gears can be switched to ensure measurement accuracy.

6. Control method: Test methods such as test force, test speed, displacement, and strain can be selected according to test needs.

8. Curve traversal: After the test is completed, the mouse can be used to arbitrarily find the force value and deformation data point by point of the test curve and analyze it.
9. Display: dynamic display of data and curve test process.
10. Results: The test results can be accessed, and the data curve can be analyzed.
11. Limit: with program control and mechanical limit.
12. Overload: It will stop automatically when the load exceeds the rated value.
