- 1. The tape stripping strength tester shall wipe the test board with the cleaning agent dipped in the wiping materials, and then wipe the test board with a clean degreased gauze. The test board shall be cleaned more than three times, until the working face of the board is cleaned through visual inspection.
- 2. Measure the width of the tape with a quantity of no less than 0.05mm.
- 3. Before making the sample, tear off the outer adhesive tape of 3-5 layers, and then take the adhesive tape of more than 200mm (the adhesive tape adhesive surface cannot contact hands or other materials).And glue the adhesive tape to the test board after cleaning.A polyester film of about 200mm long and 40mm wide or other material is placed under the other end of the test plate, and then the pressure roller is used to roll back and forth on the test sample for three times at a speed of about 300mm/min under self-weight (no air bubbles are allowed at the bonding point between the test sample and the test plate).
- 4. The sample should be stored in the test environment for 20 to 40 minutes after preparation.
- 5. The tape strip tester folded the free end of the sample 180 times and removed the bonding face 25mm from the test plate.The free end of the sample and the test plate are clamped on the upper and lower clamps respectively.The stripping surface should be consistent with the force line of the test machine.The machine was dissected continuously at a rate of 300mm/min plus or minus 10mm/min, and the stripping curve was plotted by the automatic recorder.
