Application:
Ed300 Digital Display Portable Paint Coating Thickness Tester is a portable instrument which has stable performance, high accuracy, good repeatability and economical practicability. It applies eddy current principle according to the international ISO 2160 standard. It is used to test the thickness of the non-conductive coatings on non-ferrous metal substrates. It is applied to test the thickness of the anodic coating or coat of paint on aluminum profile, aluminum composite panel, aluminum work pieces and etc. It is widely used in the field of aluminum profile production, metal surface finishing, door, window and curtain wall, quality supervision and inspection of products and engineering. This instrument has gained good reputation and wide reliance from customers.
Coating thickness calibration plate is the measurement benchmark of the instrument. All the correction plates of this instrument have been tested by China national measure institute and attached with testing certificates.
