RC-100 Dead Weight Creep Rupture tester
Applications:
This creep tester is designed and built for testing the creep properties and creep rupture strength on ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and their alloy that subjects to constant tensile load at a certain temperature at the specified time interval. It is designed according to “ high temperature creep & rupture strength GB/2039-1997” National Standard. Meanwhile, it conforms to ISO204/1997 International Standard and HB5151-96 Aviation Industrial Standard. It can offer liable test/inspection certificate for aviation Industry & other special materials property that should endure high temperature.

This testing machine consists of main unit, heating furnace, temperature measuring system, and deformation measuring system. The main unit & heating furnace forms a complete set in applications.
