Application:

DW1410 Ultraviolet accelerated Weatherometer is designed for a wide range of applications, such as the ageing testing of non-metallic materials, organic materials (plastics, paints, coatings, rubbers, etc.) and related products under the specified conditions of sunlight, temperature, and climatic conditions, and assess the degree of color change and fade in accelerated man-made testing environments.

DW1410 adopts ultraviolet lamp as the light source that can simulate the UV band spectrum in sunlight, and combines temperature and humidity controlling systems, provides an excellent testing environments for ageing testing.

 Heater: special designed heating inductive board.

 

Light source characters

 Distance between specimen and the center of lamp is 50~200mm adjustable, use 8 lamps;

 Rated power is 40W for UV-A and UV-B lamps, and with cross-tube;

 According to test standards, the irradiance of total lamps’ spectrum should not 5 times larger than the irradiance of summer equator sunlight at 12 o’clock. 40W UV-A lamps’ spectrum is the best one that is exactly coherent with this required light source.

 As the energy output of lamp will decrease in usage, according to the special requirements of  GB/T 19394-2003 No.5-a, we special designed a sample frame that can adjust the height of specimen frame.

Electric Control

 Imported high quality PID temperature controller, irradiance evenness is within ±15% at the surface of specimen.

 Adopt standard Pt-100 temperature sensor, control the surface temperature of sample accuracy.

 Temperature control accuracy within ±2.0°C.

 Time controller, adopt DAHUA control system, time range is 0~9999H;

 Security device: leakage circuit device, SSR short circuit protection, Inter locking switch control for test chamber door, return circuit over load protection, over temperature alarm, water shortage alarm, etc.

 Irradiance meter: choose branded products, can replace by digital UV sensor or blue-ray irradiance sensor.

 Without high concentration dust and no corrosive materials;

 No sunlight direct irradiation or radioactive materials;

 Without a strong shocks;

 Install machine horizontally;

 Without strong air flow blowing on machine directly;
