1.Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
   A: We are manufacrurer of common rail test bench that from Shandong province.

   A:STEP1,please let us know what model do you interest and quantity you need;
       STEP2,then we will make a PI for you to confirm all the order details;

       STEP3,after you confirmed all the details,then you can arrange the payment;

       STEP4,after we received the payment we will start the production and delivery for you.

3.Q:What is the delivery time?
   A:It depend on what kind of product do you need,if you need a small tester or the spare parts,about 2-3 work days
       For big product such as test bench or balancing machine takes about 7-10 work days.

4.Q:What is the payment term?

   A:We support TT/ WEST UNION/LC/ MONEY GRAM / ALIBABA TRADE ASSURANCE.
       30% payment in advance,70% balance before we start shipment.

5.Q: what is your after sale service?
   A: One year warranty for our product, whole life technical support whole-life.

6.Q:What delivery term do you support?
   A:For sea shipping,we can do the term EXW,FOB,CFR,CIF,DDU and DDP.
