BC216 Electric air valve test bench

Introduction

The BC216 electropneumatic valve test bench can perform routine inspection on a variety of models of electropneumatic valves. The test items include on-off, sealing, gas source deflection, and power supply deflection. In addition to the performance test of the electric air valve, the test bench also has a non-load valve, a special air-to-air valve for wheel and rail lubrication, and a JY3 type pressure relay test function.

Through the pressure regulating valve, high pressure and pressure regulating pressure can be supplied to the test area to adapt to the performance test of various test pieces. The test pieces are clamped on a set of flipping fixtures that can be manually turned over by 90°, and it is convenient to comprehensively observe the external leakage of the tested parts during the sealing test of the pressure holding method. It has two pairs of DC power output terminals and two pairs of contact on/off detection input terminals.
